Refund Policy – Shalom Web Media

We thank you and appreciate your subscription to our website. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our subscriber, concerning the subscription you make on our website. We make every effort to have our website and services meet your expectations.

Our refund policy shall be governed by the operating clauses, enumerated as follows:

1. Shalom Web Media through the medium of the website www.williepinto.com shall announce the schedule of the webinars from time to time on the topics such as Financial Literacy, Financial Planning and Management, Investment Planning and Management, Wealth Planning and Management, Insurance Planning and Management, Retirement Planning & Management and/or any other topic that may be introduced from time to time.  
2. Shalom Web Media shall announce the fees to be paid to participate in the webinars, during the registration process, enabling the candidates to make an informed decision. 
3. The webinars shall be educational and/or sharing of information and/or to enhance the knowledge of the registered candidates and shall not be construed as investment advice. 
4. These announcements shall be of invitational and voluntary in nature. The candidates shall register for the webinars voluntarily and on their own free will.   
5. Shalom Web Media shall make the webinars as informative and/or as professional in nature, as possible and conduct the webinars with due diligence as per the time schedule announced. Shalom Web Media shall make every effort to inform and/or reconfirm the schedule to the candidates who have registered for the webinars, either through emails, SMS or Phone calls. 
6. Due to any unforeseen circumstances, beyond the control of Shalom Web Media, if the scheduled webinar cannot be conducted, every effort shall be made to reschedule the webinar to a convenient time and all the registered candidates shall be informed accordingly. 
7. All the webinars shall be online, using the online platforms that are available and suitable to conduct the webinars. 
8. By registering to participate in the webinars the candidates shall make themselves fully aware of the technicalities involved in participating in the online events.
9. Shalom Web Media shall not be held responsible for any technical failure, such as disruption in electricity supply, disruption in internet connection, collapse of the online communication setup etc. 
10. Shalom Web Media shall make every effort to refund the fees paid by the candidates within a period of 7 days for any fault purported to be done by and/or that can be traced to Shalom Web Media and/or any person connected with it. 
11. Registered Candidates shall not be able to claim refund of the fees paid by them, if they fail to participate in the webinar, for any reason whatsoever and for any reasons best known to them.  
12. Shalom Web Media, may consider to accommodate a candidate, who missed a specific webinar for any future session free of charge, on humanitarian grounds. But Shalom Web Media reserves the right to exercise this option on its own terms.
